Ayuda a los Pueblos
Disaster Relief Where It’s Needed Most
Relief will be distributed through trusted partners on the ground to address people’s needs around access to food, water, and additional everyday needs.
Ever since Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico a decade ago, Hispanic Federation has been responding whenever natural disasters strike communities, sending resources to our trusted on-the-ground partners to quickly respond with food, clean water, emergency shelter, and critical supplies.
This summer, we’ve seen a surge of natural disasters impacting Latino communities – and none of these disasters are over. People in these locations are still in urgent need:
Venezuela
Two catastrophic earthquakes leveled La Guaira and parts of Caracas, leaving 6,300 dead and tens of thousands missing.
Your support helps AID for Life and Casa de Venezuela deliver food, water, and emergency supplies to families facing unimaginable loss.
Puerto Rico
Puerto Rico is enduring its worst drought in 120 years, with 140,000 residents without running water and families rationing through 48‑hour shutoffs.
Your gift provides emergency food and water and installs large community cisterns to meet today’s drought and tomorrow’s emergencies.
Colombia
A 7.4 earthquake destroyed 13,000 homes, injuring 4,000 and claiming hundreds of lives.
Your donation directly supports Fundación Oriéntame and Fundación Unimédicos as they deliver urgent primary and mental health care.
Hurricane Season 2026
Since Hurricane Maria, Hispanic Federation has been a key responder when devastating storms strike the U.S. and Caribbean.
With up to six hurricanes predicted this fall, your support helps stock at‑risk community centers with food, water, and supplies before the next storm hits.
Give today to deliver urgent, life-saving relief to families impacted by these devastating disasters.
