Safe Passage Project Corporation

Safe Passage Project’s mission is to ensure that no child faces the immigration process alone. There are currently thousands of refugee and immigrant children in New York facing deportation without a lawyer. Safe Passage helps correct this injustice by providing lawyers to directly represent youth. We also work with volunteer attorneys, to whom we provide careful mentorship to ensure high-quality representation. We also have a social work team that assists clients in accessing essential services and educational opportunities. Our team of 40 staff attorneys and several hundred active pro bono attorneys represent more than 1,300 children annually.
