For the past 50 years, the Comunidad Hispana de Wallingford, Inc. a/k/a/ Spanish Community of Wallingford (SCOW) has successfully implemented its mission, “to respond to the needs of the Latino Community by assisting them to succeed in U.S. society, and to enable Latinos to maintain and share their rich varied cultures with the broader community.
The vision of SCOW is to recognize and support the culture and heritage of Hispanic/Latino individuals and families, and other immigrant communities, in the Greater Wallingford area by providing valuable services and programs that meet their needs and enable them to become healthy, productive and successful.
