The Center for Children’s Advocacy’s (CCA) mission is to protect the legal rights of low-income children and youth, including their rights to appropriate services and supports from the justice, education, child welfare and health care systems in Connecticut, to improve their opportunities for healthy development, well-being and educational achievement. CCA provides a dynamic combination of individual legal services and legal rights training while also advocating for transformative systems change.
