Mission Statement:
One Stop Career Center of PR, Inc., (OSCC) is a private nonprofit organization 501 (c) (3) with 22 years of experience providing the needed services to ensure that vulnerable populations, including people with incarceration histories, HIV, unstable housing, substance use disorder, mental illness, and physical limitations, as well as people at risk of HIV, experiencing unemployment and underemployment, including those displaced from their jobs, young people and those over 50 years old, to improve their quality of life through workforce development, health, housing, legal and education programs and empower populations with low socio-economically status in urban and rural areas.
