Hispanic Federations Joins 123 Organizations Opposing the Nomination of Ken Cuccinelli to Serve as USCIS Director

Hispanic Federation joined more than 120 organizations in urging the U.S. Senate to oppose the nomination of Ken Cuccinelli to serve as USCIS Director. Cuccinelli has spent his entire career promoting anti-immigrant policies and propagating dehumanizing rhetoric and ideas. We strongly oppose Cuccinelli’s nomination as Director of USCIS. The letter details Cuccinelli’s long history of “espous[ing] and promot[ing]" anti-immigrant policies that are antithetical to the important work that would be entrusted to him as the USCIS Director.
