There are many ways you can get involved in the Federation’s civic participation efforts:

• Register and vote!
• Educate your family and friends about the importance of voting. If they are not registered, tell them to register through our website or by contacting us at 866-HF-AYUDA.
• Have the organization you work for become a registration site by distributing our voter registration forms.
• Provide financial support to the Federation’s civic participation. Every dollar you contribute will be spent registering voters to ensure that our community’s voice will be heard in the upcoming elections and in future elections to come.
• If your organization is holding a summer or fall community event, let us know so that we can send our field workers to register new voters.
• Hold a voting day(s) at your place of work where we can register your staff and clients.
• Have your friends do outreach in your local neighborhood promoting civic participation. Put up posters or hand out flyers. If you are interested, let us know – we can help!
• Volunteer to work as a field worker registering Latinos and others to vote. If you are interested, give us a call.
• If you are registered, make sure you vote. Remember - ¡Si tu no eliges otros elegirán por ti! (If you don’t choose, others will choose for you!).
