Hispanic Federation Calls Passage of Marriage Equality a Historic Civil Rights Achievement

The Hispanic Federation congratulates the leaders of the NYS Assembly, Senate and Governor Andrew Cuomo for fulfilling the promise of marriage equality for all New Yorkers," said Lillian Rodriguez Lopez, President of the Hispanic Federation.  "For more than 20 years, the Hispanic Federation has fought to achieve equality and greater opportunities for all Latinos.
