Focusing on strengths in individuals, families and communities, we strive to improve self awareness, self-esteem and self sufficiency. Acting as facilitators, we educate clients and help them gain access to available resources. By networking client families, we encourage communication, mutual education and support, increased awareness, hope and empowerment. |
