Mission Statement:
To develop and promote Latino art, culture and education. Arte serves disadvantaged urban youth and families, those with limited resources, who don't have access or exposure their suburban peers do. Arte serves the public with after-school programs, youth and family workshops, college bound road trips, scholarships, art exhibits, mentoring and cultural events. Arte benefits and supports low income youth and families. Arte is developing and _cultivating cultural, recreational and occupational _resources as the Latino population in the state booms.
